I stumbled upon a site displaying this beautiful lamp made of paper and couldn't take my eyes off of it. It was created by Kouichi Okamoto and is produced by Kyouei Co. Ltd., Japan. Bush sent the fiscal year 2007 budget request to Congress yesterday and it looks grim.
