At first I thought it was going to be a religious rant, but toward the end, I felt like the overall message was one that could apply to anyone, no matter what their religious faith might be. I think the speaker might have forgotten that the God of the Bible is a God who actively encouraged war, not peace. Funny how even the Christians who once backed Bush are now turning on him because hating the war is what’s popular.
The graphics and the video itself far surpass the actual speech, in my opinion. Very colorful, nice animated text effects and all, but the rant just didn’t hit home for me. He didn’t say anything new or insightful to inspire me. It really just serves to remind me of every Pentecostal pastor’s sermon I’ve ever had to sit through.
